What we can offer you: Organizational support by having dedicated mentors/team leaders. Paid induction and professional development training. Wide variety of shifts available Monday – Friday 7am-4pm (minimum 3 days availability required) About the Role: Your role will involve supporting clients in the community by providing social support, transport, shopping assistance and meaningful outings in the community. Delivering personal care with dignity and helping clients stay independent at home through domestic support, meal preparation and warm, reliable companionship. What we are looking for: A passionate, caring and empathetic personality is a MUST. Willingness to learn new skills on the job through training. Certificate III or IV in Community, Aged Care, Disability or equivalent is highly desirable, current Nursing students will also be considered. Experience in aged care within the community is highly desirable. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle is a MUST. Current First Aid certificate, Police check, NDIS Worker screening check and Working with Children Check (mandatory) or willingness to obtain.
